The backpacks are now put all together thanks to some wonderful people who came out to support (separate post coming soon after this one). I am honestly so excited because we are passing out the backpacks tomorrow (Saturday). We will be doing two rounds of passing out backpacks, one will start between 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM and the the second round will start around 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM. I have a good path to go on that touches on key hotspot areas where homeless individuals stay around. I have 24 backpacks (12 specifically for females). My goal is to give away at least 12 backpacks after the two rounds of passing them out. I will be able to have a big enough volunteer group where people will hold two backpacks at a time. Thank you to everyone who helped by sharing around word and thank you so much to whoever donated, you all are the best supporters!
